What’s Included in Your Stay:
All of our multi-night adventures are fully guided and all-inclusive once you arrive in King Salmon, allowing you to relax and focus on the experience.
Your stay includes:
Roundtrip floatplane flights between King Salmon and Katmai Sky Lodge
Daily fly-out bear viewing and wilderness exploration throughout Katmai National Park, including Brooks Falls and other remote locations
Professional guiding by experienced local guides
Comfortable private cabin accommodations, each with a private bathroom and full-size shower
All meals, Alaska inspired cuisine prepared by our chef
Non-alcoholic beverages, plus beer and wine
Flexible daily itineraries that adapt to weather, wildlife movement, and guest interests
Each day is planned collaboratively by our guides and pilot, with the goal of making the most of changing conditions and maximizing time with wildlife. No two days are ever the same — and that’s part of what makes Katmai so special.

Booking & Cancellation Policies
What to know about deposits, payments, and cancellations before you book.

Because of our remote location and extremely limited weekly availability, we strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect your investment.
More than 90 days before your trip:
Deposits are refundable only if we are able to rebook your space, minus a $500 cancellation fee.Inside 90 days of your trip:
All payments are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your spot.Weather & Travel Delays:
Due to the nature of Alaska bush travel, we cannot offer refunds for missed days caused by weather, flight delays, or other events outside our control.In some cases, and at our discretion, deposits may be applied toward a future season.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Your remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the start of your trip.Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer (1% fee)
Credit card (3% processing fee)
Checks (no fee)
Zelle transfer (no fee)
Final payments not received by the due date may incur a 5% late fee. Reservations without timely final payment may be released.

Private Cabin Requests
We offer three private guest cabins. If you prefer guaranteed single-occupancy in a private cabin, an additional fee may apply depending on the week and availability. Please contact us for details.
Exclusive Lodge Bookings
Interested in reserving the entire lodge for a private group or hosted trip? We can accommodate up to 6 guests (or 7 with arrangements). Please reach out early in the season, as exclusive weeks fill quickly.
Adventure Flexibility
All activities are weather-dependent and tailored to local conditions. We do our best to honor guest preferences, but safety and weather will always guide the day’s plan. Flexibility is part of the adventure.
